We offer shipping throughout Ontario and the rest of Canada. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. For shipping inquiries outside of Canada, please contact us directly at info@neonovadecor.ca.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We provide several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days. This service is the most economical but may take longer depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days. This option ensures faster delivery and is ideal for urgent orders.

Delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and item availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays impacting your order.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and may offer a replacement or refund.
