Returns & exchanges

  • You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of the original purchase date or when you take possession of the product (pre-orders or home deliveries);

  • The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be in its original (unopened) packaging. A restocking fee of 30% of the cost of the merchandise will be deducted from the refund for any opened and/or damaged boxes;

  • Proof of purchase is required;

  • For all requests to return or exchange merchandise by carrier, please contact customer service at info@neonovadecor.ca. Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of a product are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of products damaged during delivery;

  • The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport of the returned merchandise. The use of a secure transport service is recommended;

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method and card used for the original purchase. Exceptions may apply;

  • Online purchases are subject to the same policies outlined above, and may be returned or exchanged at NeoNovaDecor location;

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

In the case of damaged merchandise received, the customer must:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and any damage to the merchandise, then e-mail them to info@neonovadecor.ca with a description of the damage;

  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) following receipt of the merchandise to the branch where the items were purchased, or by e-mail for online orders to info@neonovadecor.ca.

Final sale

Final sale on all demonstrators, gift cards, clearance items, end-of-collection items, parts, maintenance products and all services.

No returns or refunds will be accepted after the merchandise has been installed.

For hygienic reasons, bidets, hand bidets, bidet modules and bidet toilet seats that have already been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance Items : All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reviewing the product specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your needs.
